When should you change the meter cable on your car?
It is important to know that the speedometer cable can be severed if a large force is applied to the cable during the repair. Frequent driving on unpaved roads can cause vibrations which have an undesirable effect on the cable. The fasteners can also become loose and disconnect the speedometer cable.
