Mister VSP is constantly developing the tool that made its reputation: its unique catalogue of spare parts for cars without a licence. The largest and most complete on the market, with a wide range of references.

The story begins in 2018, when the managers noticed that it was impossible to find a replacement mirror on the Internet for his licence-free car. Driven by a double passion, mechanics and computers, and dreaming of democratising the maintenance of licence-free cars, he decided to launch mistervsp.fr. The objective of the project: to facilitate access for garages and dealers to original products and information that contribute to the repairability of licence-free cars. And these at an average rate of 50% lower than the prices traditionally applied by the manufacturers of licence-free cars within their organisations.

It is necessary to register on the mistervsp.fr website to place an order. If you do not have an account, Mister VSP allows you to register quickly.
The order will be delivered within 24 hours after leaving our warehouse.
In your My Account page, your order is noted as pending payment. This means that your order is awaiting payment before it can be validated. The order will be validated as paid as soon as a payment method is validated, cb paypal or a cheque is received.
If your order is marked "in preparation" in your My Account area this means that your order is being prepared and is currently being packed. This is usually done on the same day as shipping.
If your order is marked as "dispatched", this means that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse by the means of delivery chosen by you when you placed your order. Delivery times are between 24 and 48 hours. Count also 24/48h for a delivery in relay parcel. As soon as your order is dispatched, an e-mail with your tracking number will be sent to you so that you can follow your package.

In the event of an absence during a delivery to your premises, the carrier is obliged to inform you of his visit in the form of a notice in your letterbox. It is then up to you to make a new appointment with the carrier to arrange a new delivery.

Your invoice can be downloaded from the order confirmation email you receive after ordering your parts. Invoices remain available in your "My Account" area under each order.
It may be that for some reason the part you received is not suitable for you, or that there is some other problem with your delivery.

In order to activate the return procedure, contact customer service on 09 81 90 10 42 from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm (no surcharge).
For a return, you must contact customer service within a maximum of 7 days after receiving your package. After this period, you risk that Mister VSP will not offer you any commercial solution. Once your request has been accepted by customer service, a return number will be sent to you and you will have 10 days to send the package to Mister VSP. If you have subscribed to return insurance, you have 7 days after receipt of your order to contact us to receive your return number and send us the part.
After verification, if the error is the responsibility of Mister VSP, the company undertakes to provide you with a return number so that you do not have to pay anything for the return of the parcel. If the error is identified as the customer's responsibility, the return of the parcel is entirely at the customer's expense. If return insurance was taken out when the part was purchased, in all cases Mister VSP will provide a return number to cover the cost of the return.
It may happen that you have ordered an excess part. In this case, you must contact customer service within a maximum of 7 days after receiving your parts in order to be offered a commercial solution to your problem. To contact customer service, dial 09 81 90 10 42 (no surcharge).
When you receive your package, you must check the package with the carrier and note any problems on the carrier's receipt. You notice that parts are missing from your package. There may be several reasons for this:

If you have noticed an anomaly during the delivery of your order (missing part(s), damaged part(s) or carton, non-matching part(s)) and you have not accepted the delivery from the carrier, the order will be sent directly back to us. As soon as we receive the return of your goods at our premises, we will contact you to agree on a commercial solution.
