When should your silentblocks be replaced?
The silentbloc is a rubber part that absorbs vibrations and possible shocks between mechanical parts. This results in a reduction in noise and consequently improves driving comfort. It also provides the link between the chassis and the suspension arm. Depending on the car, the silentblock can be pre-mounted on different parts, such as the suspension arm.
